There are a couple: Of issues. Blood can have a sort of metallic smell, the odor of which derives from complexities it is hard to understand. Another is your sense of smell and your perception, while the last is whether the smell is from the vagina. It does not sound like a serious medical problem, more a curiosity. Good luck.
