Hello doctor, i have twitching / muscle spasm on nose bridge, little right side and i have this for more than a month, some days its severe, help me?

? Spasm of eye : This sounds a bit like fatigue symptom of eye muscle which will cause twitching. It will be worse with fatigue or stress. Any eye symptoms noted? Could also be ocular migraine. If persists should see your pcp.
