I had a microdisecktomy for a slipped disc in my l5s1 2 weeks ago. i feel quite tired after short walks. is this expected?should i be pushing myself?

Not reccomended: Light walking is recommended after disk surgery for the first 6 weeks to prevent re-injury which is most common during that period of time. Fatigue is common after surgery and generally improves.
