If you are able to eat a normal balanced diet which includes fats, carbohydrates and proteins, ( 3K Calories) and if you just excersise every day slowly increasing the level of activity you will start to imprive muscle tone and build up basic overall muscle strength. Add to this a regieme of exercise at a gym and you should start gaining body weight within thirty days. Why not give it a try?
