Fissures: Lad you had the colonoscopy. Now that you know cancer is not an issue, the remaining causes are typically "self-limited." most common cause is small tears caused by splitting when you move your bowels. Try inserting a glycerine suppository 5 -10 min before each bm to help lubricate. May clear the problem.
