I had a laproscopic appendectomy last june & everything went fine but recently i have these severe pain in my lower abdomenal region. what should i do?

See a doctor: If you surgery was in june, there is the possibility that these two things are unrelated. There are a few things that can be related to the surgery than can be causing this pain, although not common. I would suggest following up with the surgeon that did your surgery for further evaluation.
