Stop Bad Food/Drinks: Here is a simple way to lose, without a diet, the list shows the reasons people gain wt. In order of most important & easiest to change, simply go down list, find your top 2 reasons, and then make a few changes, such as: diet soda for soda, subway for burgers, 100 cal packs: 1. Any drink with sugar 2. Fast foods 3. Fried foods 4. Skipping meals 5. Bad breakfasts 6 bad snacks 7. Large portions.

Slow & steady : Recommend that calories burned exceed calories in. Drinking at least 8 8 ounce glasses per day is important for both hydration and weight control. Try to get in whole foods (fiber) as well as 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day. Physical activity is essential. At least 8 hours of sleep per night helps. Aim for at least 30 minutes of aerobic activity at least 5 days per week
