It sounds like: A fungal infection. Use lotrimin (clotrimazole) or some other fungal cream on the breast for a month every day, it takes that long sometimes. Can mix with some Hydrocortisone cream at first for itching. That's top of the list but doesn't mean i'm right. Good luck.
