Careful... Marketing: People love easy answers (which don’t exist) for many things; marketers routinely use this to sell bogus stuff. There is little to no evidence that processed vitamins are of much, if any, benefit, and in some cases/doses clearly harmful. Most evidence is to pay attention to what you eat & this does not mean low fat (theory dishonestly promoted by ancel keys). Best study food: taubes, attia, lustig.
