Not necessarily : Can you link your attacks to your menstrual cycle? This is sometimes the case. Possibly there is some other thing that you do every month around the same time (go to a particular place, work assignment, etc. Sounds like there is a specific "tirgger" that is causing this problem. Think it out and talk it over with your physician.
