Go see your doctor: Go see your optometrist or ophthalmologist for an eye exam to determine cause of blurry vision. You might need glasses. Or you might have uncontrolled diabetes. Bottom line: in order to get better vision, you have to find out why it's poor.

Glasses: Start with a complete eye exam by an ophthalmologist to see if you need glasses. Contact lenses may be an option if you don't want to wear glasses. Finally, if your eyes are stable for a few years lasik may be a permanent option to correct your eyesight.
