Blurred vision: Glad your eye exam was good. Many things can cause blurred vision that comes and goes. Dry eye and allergy are common causes that might not show up on one eye exam. Diabetes can present this way. If there is recent weight gain, one worries about benign intracranial hypertension. Also eye strain from presbyopia or uncorrected visual error can cause this. Knowing age would help. See an eye MD.
