Discuss with Doctor: Discuss results with your ordering physician. The findings you listed does not describe any specific disease. It simply states in other words, that you have early arthritis --although you are young, as we get older our body progressively undergo degenerative changes. Like having wrinkles/gray hair, or wearing of the sole of your shoe. You should discuss your MRI finding & symptoms with your doctor.
