I have milia seeds growing above my eyes. i use nivea men 10x whitening facial wash and garnier acnofight toner. any advice or recommendations?

If this is on the skin above your eyelids, it is not likely that either of the treatments you are using will make a difference. These are not likely to be pimples and are not amenable to acne treatments. Rather you may need to see a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
