A member asked:

I was told that ozonated magnesium oxides are nonelemental magnesium and that you can take higher milligram doses than regular magnesium. is that true?

Safe laxative: This stuff is being promoted as a way of "cleansing" the gut (which any magnesium salt will do, as an osmotically-active substance), and supposedly "bringing much-needed oxygen" to the gut, which is already well-supplied by the blood vessels. You can safely ingest huge amounts of magnesium if your kidneys are functioning normally. All magnesium except the metal are nonelemental.
