Drug reaction: If these reactions occurred within a couple of weeks after you started to take either of both medications, stop them now (call your doctor for a substitute if necessary). It may take a few days to recover if my hunch is right.

Infection?: Sounds like you're fighting an infection. Who prescribed Flagyl (an antibiotic), why, and how long have you been taking it? I suspect the answer lies in that domain.
