I'm on a bland diet for gastritis, gluten, diary free and vegeration also. I eat 4 times/day small meals, but I have 1stool/week. What can I do?
So i have gallstones and gastritis and i eat small meals every 2 hours as recommended but before bed time i get hungry is it bad if i eat something?
