Psych: Both my own life and my reading have taught me the importance of getting one or more friends (perhaps even the special person in your life) to share intensive, frequent fitness activities. If you have been offered bariatric surgery, consider this option as well. Your desire to lose weight is most commendable and i wish you the best.

Institute change.: Change something If you don't exercise, start. If you do, change up what you do - emphasize aerobics instead of weights or vice versa. I'd rather you break a plateau through expending more calories rather than limiting caloric intake too much. Weight loss has to be effective but it has to be healthy as well. Smaller meals five to six times daily helps as well - split up your calories.
