I took a home pregnancy test that came out positive but i started bleeding yesterday, i have very light cramping and wondering if it might be wrong?

See detailed answer: If your home pregnancy test was positive and you began bleeding it could either mean that the test was a false positive and you are beginning a cycle; or that you may be having implantation bleeding and the pregnancy is still intact. Obviously, we always need to be concerned about early miscarriages.
