I have pvc after 7 months of delivering my first baby.. i had a continues stress and worry, cardiologist said every thing is normal, how to stop it?

PVC usually ok: Pvcs are very common and do not cause harm unless they get frequent. Try relaxation (sorry i know this is hard with an infant to look after). Cut back on stimulants like caffeine.

Benign PVC: Since your cardiologist said that your heart is good, you have benign type of pvc. Unless you have symptoms i would mot treat it. If you have not had a 24 hour outpatient monitoring i suggest you get one. There are some medications to stop pvc. Please review this with your cardiologist. Stress is likely the factor here.
