Depends on symptoms: Pcos can present in several ways - irregular menses, hirsutism, infertility, obesity, diabetes, with any or all of the above. The treatment and management depends on the presenting symptom(s) or complaint. Treatment can range from hormonal contraceptives , Insulin sensitizing agents (glucophage), ovulation induction agents (clomiphene), antiandrogen agents, etc.
