Go to E.R.: Your symptoms can be a manifestation of some serious problems. You should go to an emergency room and get evaluated for high blood pressure and chest pain. Although you are only 30 years old and i don't have information about your past medical and family history but your symptoms can be suggestive of a condition called thoracic aortic aneurysm.
