Fluid in joint: Could mean some kind of injury, a sterile inflammatory response or... An infection!
especially with fevers and chills and severe pain upon motion/walking, you may need a hip aspiration of the fluid to rule-out an infection, as that can be a significant problem... Speak with your doctor!
