Possible: Abnormal lower extremity biomechanics can alter function in other joints. I think they are likely isolated, but it's impossible to link the two. The problem is that you have both and i think therapy or injections may help your si pain and calf stretching and strengthening will help the foot.

It may be indirectly: If your heel pain causes you to limp it may cause an alteration in your gait pattern and si joint inflammation. If you stretch the leg muscles in the back of your leg this will generally help to clear the heel pain . The si joint inflammation should then clear.
