Radiology term: This is usually a term radiologists use when reading a study. If there is an area that needs the context of history and physical exam to further determine an appropriate read, the radiologist will communicate w/the treating physician to take a look @ pt and the image/read and determine if there is a significant finding (e.g. A spot on an xray that might be a pneumonia in patient with a cough).
