Many possibilities: The WBC and neutrophil counts are slightly elevated, in themselves not very worrisome. But this CRP is quite high. Many medical disorders could be responsible, including a number of infections (even without other symptoms), inflammatory conditions (e.g. collagen vascular diseases), and malignancies -- can't even guess based on this information. Follow up with the doctor who tested you. Good luck!
