What can i take or do if i drop a frozen ice cream on my foot?

Rest, ice, elevate: What flavor ice cream was it? Just kidding... As in any acute injury such as this apply ice on and off for 20 minutes and of course elevate and rest the area. If pain persists over the next 2-3 days then go to the doctor and have an x-ray taken to determine if there is a fracture ( broken bone).

Ice and elevate: You probably bruised your foot and it will swell.. Use the rice principle: rest, ice, compression and elevation. If the swelling, bruising and pain does not im, prove ina few days, then see a podiatric physician and get a foot x ray.
