If on 170 mg of methadone , does it make vitamin supplements and amino acid supplements less affective ?

Other Concerns: You are on an extremely high dose of methadone. It is equivalent to over 500 mg of morphine per day. Most likely you have developed tolerance to the pain relieving effects. You are at risk for respiratory depression and death if you take alcohol or other sedatives with this dose. You should also have you pcp perform a baseline ekg, as Methadone can effect your cardiac rhythm and cause sudden deat.
