Get them treated: Not exactly sure by what you mean burst, but if hemorrhoids protrude or bleed they should be treated, many times this can be done with a simple office procedure, such as rubber band ligation...See a colorectal surgeon.

Be evaluated: Have a physician evaluate you to make sure that you have hemorrhoids. Then ask about best method to remove them. Such as surgery, banding or medical management.
