Thyroid function?: Most people with hashimoto's will end up with low thyroid function. Assuming that you have this under control with thyroid pills, the problem is no different from any other person with a weight issue. You will need to get on a regular exercise program ( 3 or more times a weeko which includes some weight training. Eating less fat and carb would help also.
