Noise in neck: Normal disks in the neck will make some noise with motion. If you have pain from the fall, you should have some x-rays to find the source. You may have cervical arthritis which can also be painful and cause some noise. Be checked immediately if you have pain, numbness or tingling down the arms, the legs, or have new problems with incontinence.
