You may need an : Evaluation if it does not get better as most back problems do such as a disc issue except when caused by other issues referred to the back like GI : ulcer, gastritis, gallstones, etc; renal: infection, kidney stone, etc; vascular: aneurysm, etc; reproductive: ovarian cyst, etc or other pelvic/abdominal reasons v back problems such as a tumor or infection. See your physican if severe pain.
