Thyroid issues are very common in my fam.im starting to show signs now.low temp, no energy etc. but im so young, is this abnormal with someone my age?

No: This is not abnormal especially if it runs in the family. You may have hashimoto's thyroiditis which is an autoimmune form of hypothyroidism and the most common. Often it runs in families and occurs most commonly in young women so you should have your level tested.
