Needs medical care: Seek medical attention. Severe hypertension, sbp 160+ often requires multiple medications (likely for life) as well as decreasing the sodium in the diet. Exercise, avoiding nsaids, and weight loss will help as well. She also needs to be checked for high cholesterol and diabetes due to her age and severe high blood pressure. Good luck.
