No: If you are breast feeding, your weight will go down, as the baby eats your calories. When you stop breast feeding, you have to go on eating good food.. Look at the food pyramid and reduce carbs and increase activity.. If your baby is moving, you get some exercise chasing baby...Go for walks with baby and generally get fit with baby... Your weight will go away.. Worst thing is soda.. Drink water..
