Pregnancy possible: Periods can be irregular after birth making it difficult to pinpoint ovulation. If the spotting was your menses you may be ovulating now. If you do not want to be pregnant you might consider morning after pill, and start reliable contraception. If no menses appear in another couple of weeks take a test.
