Abd exercise/diet: Abdominal exercises such as sit-ups, plank may help strengthen the abdominal muscles. Reducing caloric intake especially on carb may help. The duration of exercise should be around 10 or more minutes depending on your tolerance . With time, you should be able to exercise for a longer duration of time. Talk to a trainer.
