Hard to tell: Without seeing you and feeling the areas it is hard to tell. It may be normal or something that has developed that requires treatment. If it is not gone in two weeks have a dentist take a look for an evaluation.

Most Likely: Most likely these are normal taste buds that have always been there. They form a chevron-type of pattern, like a "v". If you have any doubts, see a dentist or md for an oral exam.
