Exercise, eat, sleep: Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, height is largely based on genetics and parental heights. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person nor his doctor can do to increase height. In rare cases, growth hormone is approved for use in younger, extremely short kids.

Platform shoes: If you entered puberty the same time as your friends & your bone maturity is that of an adult there is little you can do to increase your height.A single x-ray of your left hand can be assessed for bone maturity. If adult, you are done growing, if bony maturity is more like 15 yr you might grow an additional couple of inches.Balanced diet/proper sleep/exercise all help.
