Height: Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Barring any nutritional deficiencies or illnesses as a child, this is largely a function of genetics and how tall your parents are. Meaning... There's not much anyone can do to change it. Human growth hormone is approved for use in very extreme instances of idopathic short stature.

Tough question: First of all, if you have genes of short stature, you are unfortunately at a disadvantage. Avoid heavy lifting. I noticed weight lifters are generally short. If you are underweight too, increase your food intake. Try some prayers. God makes miracles! (i had a patient who gained excessive height after getting struck by a lighting. I saw this in a movie. True story!) i won't recommend u this.

May be too late but: I am sorry to tell you that most men stop growing around age 18- but occasionally some will grow until age 21 or so. Taking measures to increase your production of growth hormone might help, but if your growth plates have closed (like most 18 yo's) then you've reached your max.
