I have had a recurring sore throat for a year now. In the past months I have been experiencing tonsil stones and see new ones every day. I have tried every remedy, but nothing has worked. What do you recommend. Can I get the tonsil crypts removed?
My snoring has gotten worse. A sleep specialist said my espphgous is narrow/obstructed and going to do a sleep study; until then I cant get a good sleep. It feels like a snorting at the roof of my mouth (not my throat). Any advice? Surgeries?
