Yes : Although you are young but the number one killer in the us ia coronary artery disease so you should be seen either in the emergency room or by a cardiologist. Although if you are a drug user ie Cocaine pcp and other designer drugs so are prone to hvae a heart attack with tru coronary artery disease , also the chest of blood cloct in the lung can mimmic heart pain so please go and see the either tw.
