Call the doc who: Diagnosed the cyst as that doc knows your situation, if u did not see a gyn u need to see one as it was probably a Bartholin's cyst , but if it was a Bartholin's abcess- cyst you need to get on antibiotics right away and needtot make sure no std caused the cyst so u need an exam and cultures and no intercorse until u see the gyn.
