Dermoid Cysts : Dermoid ovarian cysts are benign; your lesion should have been thoroughly examined by a pathologist to rule out any hidden cancer, which very rarely can be found "hiding" in such cysts, but if the report indicated a dermis cyst, you are clear.

Rarely: Please find out how the diagnosis was made. If the whole mass has been removed, you should be fine.
