Chest pain: Chest pain indicative of coronary heart disease usually occurs with exertion at first, associated with shortness of breath -sometimes. Usually located over the left chest, maybe in the jaw, or back. It at first may last a few minutes till u rest but as the blockage (if true coronary disease) progresses will usually last longer even a few hrs.
