Many things: It could be anything and without knowing more history and physical exam, it's really hard to say but some of the things that could cause this are: adrenal insufficiency, hypo/hyperthyroidism, food poisoning, acute sickness, gastric problems, hypopituitarism, cancers...Please see your doctor to get evaluated.
