Yes!: Any exposure to the sun, even with the use of sunscreen can cause dehydration. The symptoms are nausea, fatigue and need to be remedied. Get out of the sun and heat. Drink plenty of fluids, water or electrolyte drinks such as Gatorade. A cool shower can help. Be careful the next time out in the sun. Good luck.
