Multiple causes: Stomach irritiation or gallbaldder disease should be ruled out. Consult your private physician. Abstain from alcohol, acidic foods, nsaids ( advil, aleve, (naproxen) aspirin) until cleared by your doctor.

Dyspepsia: Extremely common symptoms with gerd, gastritis. Interfere with quality of life but never life threatening/shortening. If these symptoms start after age 50 , concerning for cancer but not in young folks.
