Bloody Noses: Nosebleeds can be due to a septal deviation, infection, in the nose or sinuses, blood thinners, dry air, allergies, etc. Etc. See an ENT specialist if sinple treatments like Bacitracin ointment and increased humidity don't work. Do not use an ultrasonic humidifier however... They can irritate the membranes.
