Ice, stretch, NSAID: Kabaddi is a rough sport. Like other american contact sports, many joints can be hurt. Icing them and areas of injury/pain after an event is important. Stretching before and after is good too. You may need to take some anti-inflammatories or can take natural supplements too; omega 3's are good. Ice!
